The Ownership and Management of the Avondale Hotel are undertaking major alterations to the Hotel in collaboration with GROUPN for the renewal of the Avondale Hotel, Burwood.

The objective is to develop and refurbish the existing Hotel to optimise, engage and ultimately compete at the leading edge of the hospitality market, with spaces and facilities relevant to contemporary lifestyle including the creation of a premium gaming offer to differentiate the hotel in a competitive market.

The upgrade of the current facilities and improving the aesthetic appearance of the building façade & presentation to the street will establish a fresh approach for this hospitality venue and seek to raise the bar for the Burwood town precinct.
