St Marys D&B, born from the amalgamation of St Marys Band Club and St Marys Diggers, embarked on a journey to establish itself as The Heart of the Community, with GROUPN leading the way in Masterplanning, Approvals, Tender Coordination, and Contract Administration.
In collaboration with the Club’s Strategic Consultant, Tully Heard, Club Management identified immediate opportunities for core business enhancement, setting the stage for future development. A key focus was upgrading the Club’s gaming facilities to elevate the overall member and guest experience.
While honouring the culture and traditions of the individual Clubs was paramount, the overarching design goal was to transcend traditional club paradigms. The new Gaming Area stands out with its unique identity, developed by the Club’s nominated Gaming Design Specialist, Donnelly Design, who was responsible for the Gaming Layout and Interior Design.
Together, GROUPN and Donnelly Design worked closely to create a spacious, casino-inspired gaming environment, discreetly accessed from the Club foyer, enhancing visitation and overall value while aligning with the Club’s broader vision.
