Management of the Quality Inn at Towradi required a hospitality specialist to design their foyer and function room facilities of the hotel.

Nicholas Architects worked with the hotel management to develop a hardwearing yet welcoming entry for guests. The tight budget required a minimalist approach – crisp clean lines, bright whites in the foyer, earthy tones in the function centre and a hint of pastel showcase the seaside environment while maintaining a quality image.

Outcomes

• A luxurious coastal feel with custom-designed carpet that makes a strong statement about the hotel
• A 350m² area for conferences meetings and events which can cater for 250-300 people cocktail style or be divided by operable walls to provide for small events.
• Clean, elegant and modern finishes highlighted by custom joinery and decorative cut-out ply panels using a leaf motif.
