Several thousand travelers pass through the Qantas Terminal Food court at Tullamarine every day so the challenge was to design and document and solutuon that would allow the builder to refurbish the food court in stages.
The layout of the food court was modernised and set out in zones to clearly define circulation and seating areas. The scope of service for each of the 12 food outlets ranged from predetermined design guidelines for the nationally and internationally franchised brands, to complete brand development for standalone operations such as Giancarlo coffee shop and Pendulum Bar.
